I’m Naomi. I’ve owned a retail shop, managed a retail team, trained as a full-stack developer and spent years obsessed with why people buy. I’ve worked with coaches, aestheticians, flooring specialists, jewellers and e-commerce brands, and the same thing keeps coming up: the real problem is rarely the one they think it is.
I’m also an Aussie-Brit who’s lived in four countries, which taught me that most problems come down to people not understanding each other. Business is no different. I work out what’s getting lost between you and your buyers, then show you exactly what to fix.

What does the Fix include?
It depends on what your Diagnostic finds. Most often it’s funnels, sales pages, email automation and the systems behind your booking and payments. We agree exactly what’s included before we start.
Why isn’t there a set price?
Because every business needs something different. With a one-size package, you’d be paying for things you don’t need. We agree the scope and price on a free call, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Why do I need the Diagnostic first?
Because building before we know what’s broken is how people end up with a shiny funnel nobody goes through. The Diagnostic makes sure we fix the right thing.
What if I need something you don’t do?
I’ll tell you straight, and point you to people I trust, for things like paid ads or hiring a team.
How long does it take?
The Diagnostic takes about 2 weeks. How long the Fix takes depends on the scope, and you’ll get a clear timeline before we start.
Can I pay in instalments?
The Diagnostic can be paid in full or in 3 payments. We’ll agree how to pay for the Fix when we agree the scope.
Can I get a refund?
Because everything is built around your business and the work starts as soon as you book, I’m not able to offer refunds. That’s exactly why we agree the scope on a free call first.
