I find out what’s actually broken, in the order it matters, before you spend another penny on a new “paint job”. If it isn’t something I can help with, I’ll tell you, even when that means less work for me.

I like to call myself a business mechanic, because I see a business like a car. Most people fix the surface level problems, but a repaint (rebrand) won’t fix a broken engine.
Every part is a cog. If one isn’t working with the rest, it causes problems everywhere else. So before anyone touches the paintwork, I pop the bonnet and find the part that’s actually stopping you moving. Then we fix that first.
